1. Equipment composition: feeding unit, grading unit, cyclone separation unit, fully automatic dust collection unit, fans, pipelines, racks, barrels, gas control cabinets, heat exchangers, chillers, control systems, and movable operating platforms.

2. Gradable materials: suitable for grading metals such as titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, stainless steel, cobalt-chromium alloys, etc., equipped with editable process parameter packages for nitrogen and argon environments.

3. The equipment adopts a new, standard and modular design, which can be disassembled and assembled as a whole to facilitate powder cleaning and powder replacement.

4. The system is an open grading system.

5. The movable operating platform makes it easy to add powder.

6. The device is equipped with emergency stop button and reset button.

7. All interfaces of the equipment system need to be treated with static electricity, and the dust explosion-proof system must meet national safety standards.

8. Processing capacity: screening processing capacity ≥ 5kg/h.

9. The grading equipment can maintain a low noise level when working, and the noise during operation is <60 decibels.
